Our Story

Our experts have worked in the real estate debt advisory area for over 10 years. During this time we have observed a plethora of property developers or investors who were unable to scale up their business or property portfolios due to a lack of knowledge or experience in raising or managing funds. We quickly realised that there was a growing need in the market to assist property developers or investors with a modern approach to property funds management. 

With the commencement of our application for an Australian Financial Services Licence, Mountain Asset Management was founded.

Our founders saw an increased interest from investors who wanted to invest their funds on more secure commercial property investment. Using the core tenets of environmental, social and corporate governance to guide us, we have integrated the responsible investments philosophy into our business decisions. We make investments that are balanced by value and growth, with a keen focus on investments that benefit the future.
